By booking with Veryland, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations & Payment
Reservations are secured exclusively via our online booking system with payment processed through Stripe.
2. Cancellation Policy
– Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
– For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Check-in & Check-out
– Check-in time: from 16:00
– Check-out time: until 10:00
4. House Rules
– Parties or events are not allowed.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
– Pets are allowed only upon request and prior approval.
5. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Veryland bears no responsibility for accidents, loss of personal belongings, or injuries occurring on the premises.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union regulations.
